PAC Survey for Year End Camping Activity

Interested in your Family attending a GROW Distance Learning Camp in the Spring?  Please complete the questionnaire below to help the PAC decide upon the event location and time.  All meals will be provided, private cabins for each family , and the PAC will cover the cost of all GROW learners and one guardian.  Note that this is not a GROW Staff sponsored event, and as such a parent guardian must be in attendance at all times with their children during the duration of the event.
